The OneTouch hinge adjusts with a simple pull, slide, and release, so you can set exact flexion and extension limits for every phase of healing, and the drop-lock holds the knee at a fixed angle when your surgeon prescribes complete immobilization.The telescoping frame adjusts with push-button ease, extending 15 to 21 in. on the Small and 18.5 to 27 in. on the Universal and XL. Contoured paddles and non-slip straps keep the brace from migrating down your leg, while the numbered frame and color-coded blue buckles guide correct placement every time. Choose the breathable Cool design to stay dry or the cushioned, trimmable Full Foam liner for extra warmth and protection.Sizing is simple: measure your thigh 6 in. above the mid-patella. Small fits 12-25 in. and suits petite adults, slim legs, and older teens. Universal fits 16-32 in., and XL delivers a true plus size fit to 38 in. Because the ranges overlap, choose Small only if you measure under 16 in., XL only if you measure over 32 in., and Universal for everything in between.
