Dritz Snaps Editorial Review

The Dritz 16K Snap Fasteners Easy Attacher Kit has garnered mixed reviews from customers, with a range of experiences and outcomes reported. Many users have noted that the tool is straightforward to operate once familiar with its use. Despite some criticisms regarding the clarity of the instructions, several customers emphasized the effectiveness of the snap fasteners on various materials, including fabric for baby bibs and even tarps. Some users recommend practicing with the tool before tackling significant projects, as this can lead to better results. There is a general Consensus that while the fasteners are reliable, the positioning of the snaps—especially larger sizes—can be tricky if not applied close to the edge of the material. Users have found great success in using a mallet for installation; however, those with less experience reported frustration due to the alignment issues that arose when trying to use the tool further from the edges of the fabric. Durability has also come into play in various reviews; some noted that while the fasteners hold well, the tool itself can show wear after only a few uses, which may be a concern for those looking to use the kit extensively. Despite these challenges, many customers found the kit to be a cost-effective solution for occasional snap installation, with significant savings compared to more commercial-grade snap fastening setups. Ultimately, the Dritz Snap Fasteners Kit appears to be a solid choice for occasional users who may need to replace or install snaps, but those seeking professional results or heavy-duty use might Consider investing in a more advanced tool. **
