Questions et réponses des clients
-
question:
How often should the filter be replaced?
répondre: Typically, the filter should be replaced every 40 gallons, which translates to about every two months for average users. Regularly replacing the filter ensures that your water remains clean and free of impurities. It's essential to keep track of your filter usage to maintain optimal taste and water quality, especially if you use it heavily. -
question:
What materials are used in the water pitcher?
répondre: The pitcher is made from BPA-free plastic, ensuring that it is safe for you and your family. The use of BPA-free materials helps prevent harmful chemicals from leaching into your water, thereby enhancing its purity. This aspect makes it a thoughtful choice for health-conscious consumers looking to filter water without compromising on safety or quality. -
question:
What contaminants does the water filter remove?
répondre: The filter effectively reduces chlorine taste and odor, sediment, and other contaminants found in tap water. By improving taste and clarity, you’re encouraged to drink more water, promoting better hydration. This quality makes the pitcher a great addition for households that prioritize health and wellness, ensuring that everyone enjoys clean, crisp water. -
question:
Can this pitcher be used for hot liquids?
répondre: No, this pitcher is designed specifically for cold water only. Using the pitcher for hot liquids can damage the materials and compromise the integrity of the filter. It's best to keep the pitcher as a dedicated cold water solution, ensuring longevity and consistent performance in filtering your drinking water. -
question:
How do I assemble the pitcher and filter?
répondre: Assembling the pitcher with the filter is simple. Start by rinsing the filter under cold water for about 15 seconds, then insert it into the filter holder inside the pitcher. Ensure it fits snugly, and it's ready to use. This straightforward setup makes it convenient even for those who have never used a water filter pitcher before. -
question:
Is the pitcher dishwasher safe?
répondre: The pitcher itself is not recommended for use in the dishwasher. To maintain its quality and prolong its lifespan, it’s best to hand wash it with mild soap and warm water. Regular gentle cleaning ensures that the pitcher stays free from residue and maintains its clear appearance, allowing you to monitor the water level easily.
