    répondre: No you need eyelets to fasten the bottom. Blows up like a skirt.

    répondre: In most low to moderate wind, the wind blows through but the fabric puts a fair amount of pressure on the fence. In high winds the fabric puts a large amount of force on the fence.

    répondre: If you are zip tying it to a chain link fence it does. Did for me anyways.

    répondre: The fence fabric is sturdy, but the resistance to deer would come from the posts - their strength and spacing. I believe wire is more deer proof.
