Adorama Film Processing Equipment Editorial Review
The Adorama Stainless Steel Film Clips set, which includes both normal and weighted clips, has received a mixed reception from customers. Users appreciate the basic utility of the clips for hanging film or prints to dry, particularly praising their sturdiness for casual use. However, the product has also faced critique over its description and design, particularly for beginner photographers. Some users pointed out that the clips are specifically suited for 35mm film due to the positioning of their prongs, which does not accommodate those using medium format film effectively. Additionally, while some customers anticipated the weighted clips would add enhanced functionality, many found that they were not significantly different from the regular versions, with concerns raised about the quality of the weights themselves. A notable issue also arose with rusting after just one use, suggesting durability concerns for those who might want to utilize these clips frequently. Ultimately, while the clips are functional and may suit casual film drying needs, their limitations and potentially misleading product descriptions have left some customers feeling dissatisfied, leading to the conclusion that they may not offer the best value for the price. **
