This product has very rich finish and will bring back the original color of the wood. It is very easy to put on and will rejuvenate old-looking decks. However, it will not protect against scratches, and its shine may not last for more than 2 weeks. It is an oil, not a stain, and will not cover the natural texture of the wood. This product will require yearly maintenance, and does not need to be completely stripped off during maintenance. The difference between Ipe Oil Plus and regular Ipe Oil is that the former provides 15% longer-lasting results.
