Boomba Racing Shifters Editorial Review

Boomba Racing Short Shifter Adapter is a good investment for Volkswagen GTI/Golf R owners who want to enhance their shifting experience. It is easy to install and only takes about 5-20 minutes depending on the model. The slop in the original shifter is still there but the throw distance is significantly shorter which makes shifting gears easier, faster, and more precise. It has a nice weight to it without feeling too heavy. Some users found it a bit too stiff for daily use but appreciated Boomba's customer service in processing their refunds. Overall, it is a valuable mod for the price and greatly improves the shifting performance of the vehicle.
