Qoqooice Weather Stripping STWD-0039 Editorial Review
The Shower Threshold Water Guard Dam Bottom Seal is designed to provide a water barrier for shower doors, ensuring a dry bathroom floor by preventing leaks. Customer experiences with this product are varied, showcasing a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. Many users found the installation process to be straightforward and appreciated the effective functionality of the water guard in keeping water from spilling outside the shower. Reviewers noted that this product fit their needs perfectly, particularly in walk-in showers, effectively blocking water at the door's bottom without affecting the door's operation. The quality of the material was frequently praised, highlighting its thickness and overall build, which contributed to a reliable performance in most cases. However, the performance isn't universally praised, as some customers reported issues with adhesion. While certain users had success with the guard staying in place, others experienced difficulties with it coming loose or failing to create a proper seal against the door. Issues were noted with the guard's tendency to roll up and its adhesive not being strong enough to hold firmly on clean surfaces. A few customers even resorted to heating the adhesive to improve its sticking ability, highlighting the challenges some faced in achieving a satisfactory installation. In summary, while the Shower Threshold Water Guard can be a practical solution for many, experiences can vary, especially concerning installation and adhesive performance. Overall, it represents a good value for those who find it compatible with their shower setups. **
