FlipBelt Reflective Gear Editorial Review
The FlipBelt Night Running Light Waist Lamp is a great solution for runners, hikers, and backpackers who want added visibility during their nighttime activities. The 500 lumens provide ample light, and the adjustable brightness options make it customizable to different needs. The fact that it's rechargeable is a huge plus and ensures that you're not Constantly buying and replacing batteries. It's also waterproof, which is great for those unexpected rain showers or river crossings. One downside is that there's no red light option, as some users find this easier on the eyes at night. However, one user found a work-around by using a red lens kit for a mini mag light, which is a creative solution. Another downside is that the light takes up one of the openings in the FlipBelt, so you'll have one less accessible compartment. However, some users have found ways to work around this by pushing their phone to one side or to the back to help eliminate bounce. Overall, the FlipBelt Night Running Light Waist Lamp is a well-designed and functional addition to any nighttime activity.
